On April 27th, EMBUTIDOS CARCHELEJO, represented by our General Manager, was invited, as a Halal sausage meat industry, to participate as a speaker in a Round Table within the framework of the Business Forum: Halal opportunities for hospitality companies and tourist services hosted by the Fundación Tres Culturas, as the closing event of the Mercadohalalproject, promoted and directed by the latter in collaboration with Mercacórdoba (Mercados Centrales de Abastecimiento de Córdoba), CIMBAL (Comunidade Intermunicipal do Baixo Alentejo) y NERBE/AEBAL (Associação Empresarial do Baixo Alentejo e Litoral). Very interesting issues were addressed where the participants exposed the keys that characterize the Halal market, as well as some challenges, pending challenges to carry out.
